A1 Enterprise custom designed this software to suit multiple business requirements for an insurance company and third party billing and administrative services. This software will replace a legacy insurance billing and commission software before December 2010. Having custom designed this billing and commission software, the A1 Enterprise design team intensely considered multiple complex angles on how to maximize efficiency for billing and commission data as well as how people will experience and use the software. This software may be used to bill multiple products to a customer on a single invoice, while paying multiple product commissions at varying commission structures to one or more sales reps with any number of rep levels and commission overrides.<\/p>\n
The framework and structure upon which this billing and commission software was designed follows no other software the team has previously seen. The innovative nature of this system truly gives it flexibility, in not only implementation but in growth and new business applications as well. This results in a tremendous value proposition for customers using this software, by enabling growth strategies without inhibitions of laborious data processing or major system changes. With over 10 years of insurance software<\/strong> and accounting software<\/strong> development experience, A1 Enterprise went back to the drawing board when drafting initial design concepts for this software. A1 Enterprise leveraged this 10 year insurance software history to enhance the design process. While teaming up with this customer, A1 Enterprise also ensured omissions in the legacy software, which resulted in offline and inefficient billing and commission processes, will be resolved. A1 Enterprise has also maintained detailed software project management documentation since 2001, and therefore assessed what worked well and what hasn’t over the past 10 years of insurance software development. A1 Enterprise then looked to solve each limitation identified in legacy insurance software by factoring in past years of use documentation and case study analysis.<\/p>\n
