With A1 Tracker web-based ERM, each line of business includes workflow with notifications, escalations, and reminders. To expand incident awareness, these reminders can span across internal teams and insurance carriers, brokers, and TPAs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Navigating real estate investment risk without data centralization can be difficult on investment teams and management crews responsible for regional investments, divestments, and crew responsible for managing assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A1 Analytics brings real estate investment data to life by creating stories behind assets across different regional and demographic markets. Risk analytics give investment managers tools to dig into a real estate portfolio to discovery strengths and weaknesses in the investment strategy. With A1 Tracker ERM, failure points become clear which allow investors to better protect assets and their investments from various risks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Environmental<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Political<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Economic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Labor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operational<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Risk Management Data Migration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For historic data, the team at A1 and the customer will collaborate to consolidate data across various information silos to import historic data. Generally, data migration brings more immediate ROI to an ERM implementation. With historic data import, this customer stands to gain immediate insights to their incident and claim trends across their their entire real estate investment portfolio.
