A1 Enterprise implemented a new web-based claims and litigation tracking software<\/strong> to simplify the risk operations with customers, claims, insurances, and lawsuits. One of the pain points which A1 successfully addressed was related to the multitude of information sources, legibility, and the validity of information. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a car retailer, our client received claims from both his customers and insurance companies. Moreover, sometimes he even didn\u2019t receive claim details, but only notice of a lawsuit. All this data had duplicated, missing or disconnected elements. Different naming conventions made it difficult to organize in a logical structure. However, A1 Enterprise successfully organized all key information into a structured format across several modules in A1 Tracker to create visual and structural clarity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Claims & Litigation Tracking Software Released<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Main modules, \u201cClaims\u201d and \u201cLitigation\u201d, were built with a goal to classify different pieces of claim data in a standard format, eliminating redundancy, repetition and ambiguity of collected information. This single-entry point system allows our client to do various data manipulation tasks like searching, filtering, exporting, reporting, etc. A1 Tracker also helped to visualize trends and patterns, which previously were hidden under a cluster of fuzzy spreadsheet columns. This was the main goal of claims and litigation tracking software<\/strong> developed by A1 Enterprise. Points related to litigation were mapped to claim points by using the common element: insurance claim number. Information which was usually different for every claim, like plaintiff contact details, was grouped in a single column to simplify the data for the end user. Numeric content was separated from non-numeric one and many other optimizations were made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to these main modules, our claims and litigation tracking software<\/strong> was powered by other specific modules for dealing with static and financial data. For example, \u201cCertificate for Insurance\u201d module had all necessary features for adding, storing, editing and deleting elements of vendor & 3rd party provider insurance policies. Of course, by static data we don\u2019t mean that its manipulation possibilities were limited. Even if insurance details were not used so often as litigation ones, \u201cCertificate for Insurance\u201d module also offered the possibility to write advanced filtering queries, search by keyword in entire database or in a single column, sort entries by various rules and create custom reports with few clicks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
