A1 Tracker deployed a new beta implementation for taxi auto claims software for a key customer in Australia to process auto damage and property claims. This configuration will support the processing of taxi automobile claims using a customized and branded online claim form where the information collected will ensure that the claimant submits the necessary date to open the claim and for claim administrators to follow up with investigation. Users will upload accident diagrams, photos, witnesses information, vehicle damage repair estimates, and other claim-related costs. 
The taxi automobile claim workflow process allows administrators to track a claim all the way through to subrogation and litigation processes when necessary, and allows additional users such as legal staff, attorneys, and their assistants to work with the claim data when representing the case. Both internal and external legal resources may be given access to claim information for reviewing accident details.
Additional features are available for tracking personal injury claims related to auto accidents, such as personal injury medical costs, injury details, injured insurance policy details. Software features include secure document sharing and document management, claim letter mailings, customizable claim status reporting, follow up notifications on due dates, and claim cost accounting for towing, repairs, injuries, and litigation fees.
