This approval followed a series of deep-dive ERM presentations, with targeted strategies for this customer. As a module expansion, this implementation will expand this customer to seven integrated risk management modules with key strategic features:
- Staff incident reporting
- Incident and claim analytics
- Workflow
- Automation of data import

This implementation will cover functions across various lines of business, therefore supporting insurance, automobile risk, property risk, and general liability. With A1 Tracker web-based ERM, each line of business includes workflow with notifications, escalations, and reminders. To expand incident awareness, these reminders can span across internal teams and insurance carriers, brokers, and TPAs.
