A key auto retail customer in the Eastern US has approved A1 Tracker for a new insurance certificate software implementation. A1 Enterprise will assess current insurance certificate tracking documentation to determine the best configuration for a practical, automated solution. To make this transition easier, the A1 Tracker team will migrate data from previous spreadsheets to the new system.
The contact module will be configured to track vendors (vendor management) then integrate with the insurance certificate module to track insurance certificates for all types of insurance such as worker’s compensation, general liability, automobile, and professional liability. Reminders will be sent before insurance certificates expire to notify the insurance administrator of their certificate renewal.
The customer will track insurance certificates by store location, documents, request dates, and insurance broker to notify key parties before an insurance certificate expires. This system will be a bundled implementation as to include claims management, litigation, and financial management integrated modules.
