Claims software processing administrators will receive reminders and alerts when a claim is due for follow up or claim liability expires. Custom claims software notifications and alerts may also be added based on unique claim circumstances based on the claim parties involved.

Claim Software for Claims ProcessingClaims software also includes a module for insurance policy management. One or more insurance policies may be assigned to specific claims. Insurance policy information may include the name of the insured parties, the type of insurance coverage, insurance coverage limits, claim deductibles, maximum claim benefits, and retention amounts.
